


BUSINESS BEYOND BOUNDARIES 2026 is a National Conference organized by the Department of Business Administration, PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore. Hackathon 2026 is a 24-hour State Level Inter Polytechnic Innovation Fest organized by Sri Ramakrishna Polytechnic College, Coimbatore. The event provides a platform for diploma students to collaborate, innovate, and develop practical solutions to real-world industrial challenges based on the theme Industry 4.0. Participants will work in teams to showcase their creativity, technical knowledge, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

The primary objective of this Training Program is to provide hands-on exposure to electromagnetic analysis of electrical systems by considering their material properties. The program enhances participants' ability to analyze real-world electrical engineering problems using the Finite Element Method enabling better visualization of electromagnetic principles and field distributions.
The training focuses on the design, modeling, and performance analysis of Brushless DC (BLDC) Motors using ANSYS Simulation software.
